Role Description

We are seeking a
full-time, on-site Information Technology Specialist
based in
New Delhi
. The specialist will play a key role in managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure that supports our group's media and enterprise operations across Asia.

This role involves overseeing
network administration
, ensuring
system and data security
, and
resolving technical issues
in a fast-paced media environment. The ideal candidate will also provide
IT support to internal teams
, maintain
servers and network systems
, and implement
technology upgrades
to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and switches.
  • Ensure robust network and data security protocols are in place and actively monitored.
  • Provide technical support and customer service to internal teams across different business units.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize IT and media technology solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and incident logs.
  • Support disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity systems are operational.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology
    ,
    Computer Science
    , or a related field.
  • Proven experience in
    Network Administration
    and
    Network Security
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    IT systems, hardware, and troubleshooting methodologies

  • Excellent communication and
    customer service
    skills.
  • Certifications such as
