About the Role

Versatile Commerce is seeking a results-driven and innovative
IT Marketing Manager
to lead marketing initiatives across our technology and digital service verticals. This role calls for a dynamic professional who understands the IT industry, can create high-impact marketing campaigns, and drive measurable business growth through content, SEO, and lead-generation strategies.

You'll be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that position Versatile Commerce as a leader in custom software, eCommerce, and IT solutions—bridging the gap between technology and market success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote IT and software services.
  • Drive
    lead generation
    through SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, and targeted email marketing.
  • Create engaging
    content marketing assets
    such as blogs, case studies, social media posts, and whitepapers tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Manage and optimize
    paid ad campaigns
    (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) for lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and technical teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the IT space.
  • Manage website content updates, SEO audits, and marketing automation workflows.

Key Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in
    IT or technology marketing
    (B2B/B2C).
  • Proven track record of running
    successful digital campaigns
    and generating qualified leads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and creative flair in content strategy and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Immediate joiner
