  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that provide key performance indicators and insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and refine the department's strategic goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the MFLs overall business strategy.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation.
  • Create financial models to evaluate investment strategies, risk profiles, and profitability, assisting in making informed investment decisions.

Research and Analytics

  • Analyze client data and behavior to provide recommendations for tailoring wealth management services and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry and market trends, including regulatory changes, and provide insights into their impact on the wealth department's strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure that the wealth department's strategies are well-executed and compliant with regulations.
