Skills required
  • 8–12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5–7 years in ServiceNow functional consulting
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required
  • Excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience with business performance analysis
Essential qualifications
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, aligning platform capabilities with business requirements
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to design workflows and ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices
  • Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and guide integrations with other systems; support data migration
  • Supervise project delivery and mentor junior consultants (team size of 8–10)
