Role Overview

The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete production cycle of bricks, stones, and 3D cladding products, along with managing the curing process of concrete cladding materials. This role requires strong leadership, production planning, quality control, and coordination skills to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Production Management

• Oversee end-to-end production of bricks, stones, and 3D cladding products.
• Monitor the curing process of concrete cladding products.
• Ensure adherence to production timelines, quality standards, and daily targets.
• Ensure smooth execution from raw material request, production, QC, packaging, and dispatch.

2. Resource Management

• Manage raw materials, machinery, and manpower efficiently.
• Minimize production waste and downtime.
• Raise purchase requests for raw materials or items required for factory operations.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure the workplace follows all safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain a safe working environment and conduct periodic safety checks.

4. Team Supervision & Training

• Lead, guide, and supervise factory staff across all departments.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skill levels.
• Take charge of responsibilities in case any employee is absent.

5. Stock & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of stock and finished goods inventory.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure timely reporting.
• Manage proper documentation of FG inventory.

6. Order Form Handling, Task Allocation & Dispatch Coordination

• Update and review order forms regularly.
• Distribute order-related tasks across departments.
• Coordinate punch orders and monitor the complete flow from order receipt to dispatch.

7. Sample Development

• Supervise and manage sample creation as per client or internal requirements.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of samples.

8. Timeline Adherence

• Ensure all factory activities are completed within defined deadlines.
• Avoid delays in client delivery and maintain consistent workflow.

9. Daily Monitoring & Red Box Meetings

• Participate in daily Red Box meetings.
• Track department-wise progress (Production, QC, Packaging, Dispatch).
• Ensure daily and weekly targets are achieved.

10. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the Sales Team regarding orders, timelines, and client requirements.
• Support urgent needs or changes related to client orders.

11. Quality Control & Quality Assurance

• Implement strict quality control measures throughout production.
• Work with the QA/QC team to monitor product quality and identify deviations.
• Recommend corrective actions using data and analysis.

12. Logistics Management

• Oversee logistics related to procurement and transportation of raw materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery.

13. Maintenance & Repairs

• Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.

14. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of production volumes, quality checks, incidents, and operational data.
• Submit reports on time to management.

15. Continuous Improvement

• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
• Implement efficiency-enhancing measures across all departments.

16. Communication & Coordination

• Maintain strong communication with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and other departments.
• Ensure seamless alignment of production with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• Proven experience in factory or production management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control systems.
• Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
