Job Overview

Position: Chartered Accountant

Location: Malviya Nagar

Experience Required: 3 - 9 years with working experience of pre and post IPO processes.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 3 - 9 years as a Chartered Accountant.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and standards, specifically relating to the IPO process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure successful IPO preparation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals with IPO objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including SEBI guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, lawyers, and investment bankers.
  • Prepare and review prospectus, financial statements, and other IPO-related documentation.
  • Oversee the accuracy of disclosures in alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in company valuation and readiness for investor presentations.
  • Provide insights into market trends and potential investor expectations.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with listing obligations and disclosure requirements.
  • Manage relationships with stock exchanges and regulatory bodies.
  • Establish and maintain robust investor relations practices.
  • Provide timely financial updates to shareholders and analysts.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports as required for a publicly listed company.
  • Oversee audit processes and ensure transparency in reporting.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
  • Optimize tax strategies to maximize financial efficiency.
  • Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance and efficiency.
