Hospital Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Hospital Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and decision-makers. The role involves promoting the company's products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly hospital sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, purchase managers, doctors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for hospital staff.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements, pricing, and contracts with hospital procurement departments.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the healthcare sector.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to plan and execute promotional activities, CME programs, and hospital engagement initiatives.
- Ensure post-sales support, timely supply, and excellent customer service to build long-term partnerships.
