Job Summary:

The Hospital Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and decision-makers. The role involves promoting the company's products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly hospital sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, purchase managers, doctors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct product/service presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for hospital staff.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, pricing, and contracts with hospital procurement departments.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the healthcare sector.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to plan and execute promotional activities, CME programs, and hospital engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure post-sales support, timely supply, and excellent customer service to build long-term partnerships.

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
