Sales Executive/Sr. Executive/ Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representatives across levels (Mechanical/Electrical) to drive business growth by promoting and selling our engineering products/solutions. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong sales skills to identify client needs, provide effective solutions, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities within the mechanical/electrical engineering sector.
· Understand customer requirements, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and deliver tailored solutions.
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical clarifications for clients.
· Collaborate with design, production, and service teams to ensure feasibility and on-time execution.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide post-sales support.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
· Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· –5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development (preferably in mechanical/electrical products, equipment, or solutions).
· Strong understanding of engineering concepts and ability to explain technical details to clients.
· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
· Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and project discussions.
Preferred Skills:
· Prior experience in industrial machinery, automation, electrical equipment, HVAC, or power systems sales.
· Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
