Role: Body Shop Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-scale production operations for the assigned shop.
  • Achieve production targets with adherence to Quality, Safety, and Delivery standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S.
  • Improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize manpower utilization.
  • Coordinate with ME, Maintenance, Quality, and PPC teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Support NPI, trials, layout changes, capacity planning.
