Job Description – Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key part in ensuring they have a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer needs effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions for future reference.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Assist in processing orders, refunds, and returns as per company policies.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are desirable.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
