Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Merchandiser located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Fashion Merchandiser will manage day-to-day merchandising operations, assess customer preferences, and contribute to sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include interacting with clients, coordinating with retailers, monitoring inventory levels, and identifying market trends to maximize customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and customers and address their needs
  • Sales and Retail expertise to promote products, improve sales performance, and manage storefront operations
  • Knowledge of Marketing to develop effective merchandising and promotional strategies
  • Analytical skills to identify fashion trends, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure optimal product placement
  • Familiarity with fashion products and trends, as well as the retail market
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
