About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Master Data Governance solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring master data accuracy, consistency, and governance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP MDG solutions for master data domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, etc.)
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Configure MDG data models, workflows, validations, and user interfaces
  • Support data quality initiatives, cleansing, and migration activities
  • Integrate MDG with SAP S/4HANA and other systems
  • Provide training and support to end users and business teams
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MDG
  • Strong understanding of master data processes in SAP (Customer, Vendor, Material, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is a plus
  • Familiarity with BRF+, FPM, and Workflow configuration
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP Data Services or data migration tools experience
  • Experience with data governance frameworks or tools
  • Certification in SAP MDG or related modules
