Your Role: Information Developer

We're looking for an Information Developer to own and enhance our product documentation. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver clear, accurate content that helps users get the most out of our solutions. This is your chance to shape how our platform is understood and used.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain product user guides, trouble-shooting docs, and online help content.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams for accurate documentation.
  • Translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Keep documentation up to date with product changes.
  • Participate in product planning to anticipate content needs.
  • Contribute to tutorials and multimedia content.
What you Bring
  • 3–8 years of experience in technical writing or information development.
  • Proficiency with generative AI for content creation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools and workflows.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
  • Experience with observability tools is a plus.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
