Job Summary:

Experienced Inventory In-Charge responsible for overseeing the complete inventory lifecycle of high-value jewellery items. Ensures accurate stock management, timely order fulfilment, and smooth coordination with production, sales, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day inventory operations across raw, semi-finished, and finished goods.
  • Ensure real-time stock accuracy and system updates (ERP, Tally, etc.).
  • Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and loss prevention.
  • Coordinate with departments for timely order processing and dispatch.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance, hallmarking, and audits.
  • Implement best practices in jewellery inventory control (weight-wise, purity-wise, etc.).
  • Lead a small team and train junior staff.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in jewellery inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, jewellery inventory norms, and audit procedures.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills.
  • Experience with gold, diamond, and/or customised jewellery workflows preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
