Job Title: Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience : 1-4 years

Skills: Client Management / Client Onboarding , documentation, and regulatory standards

Position Purpose

The Client On-Boarding (CLM) team ensures a global and consistent "first service" experience for clients, while strictly adhering to the bank's procedures and compliance standards. The team keeps up with evolving regulations (site, regional, global, HO) and assesses their impact on client lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding.

Maintain accurate client data and ensure process integrity.

Implement controls for safe custody of account documentation and sensitive client information.

Handle regulatory/audit review requests from internal regulators and stakeholders.

Provide timely feedback and escalate issues to management when needed.

Contributing Responsibilities

Gain expertise in client database requirements (individuals, corporates, holding companies, trust accounts).

Ensure SLA & KPI targets are consistently met.

Manage secure storage of client files/documents (electronic & scanned).

Support internal queries regarding client profiles and facilitate processes.

Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Handle client data with strict confidentiality.

Provide regional support covering SG & HK time zones/public holidays.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and ensure timely issue resolution.

Adhere to operational risk procedures and escalate incidents as needed.

Contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of process controls.
