Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Thumbnail Designer located in Bengaluru. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging thumbnails for videos and social media content. Day-to-day tasks include designing thumbnails that attract viewer attention, collaborating with the content team to understand the visual requirements, and ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics. The role also involves staying updated with design trends to innovate and improve thumbnail visuals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience in creating eye-catching and engaging thumbnails
  • Ability to collaborate with content teams to understand visual needs
  • Strong understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Knowledge of video editing software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
