Timings:
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday, 1 weekly off

Salary:

Role Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Support Associate
who can handle customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, and email, ensure smooth post-order experience, and represent Divine Hindu with patience, clarity, and respect.

You'll be the
first point of contact
for our customers – solving problems, tracking orders, and helping them choose the right products.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction (Calls, WhatsApp, Email)

  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails from customers regarding orders, products, and issues.
  • Make outbound calls for order confirmations, follow-ups, feedback, and recovery of cancelled/abandoned orders.
  • Maintain a warm, respectful, and solution-oriented tone in every interaction.

Order & Issue Resolution

  • Help customers with order status, tracking, delivery issues, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and courier partners to resolve issues on time.
  • Log all tickets and interactions properly in the system/CRM and close them within defined TAT.

Product Guidance & Basic Sales

  • Understand Divine Hindu products (Rudraksha, gemstones, malas, puja items) and explain benefits in simple language.
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs (without overpromising results).
  • Upsell/cross-sell relevant products wherever it adds value to the customer.

Systems & Reporting

  • Use tools like Ozonetel / dialer, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, and Excel/Sheets for daily work.
  • Maintain call logs, daily call sheet, conversion reports, and issue tracker.
  • Share regular feedback from customers to the team to improve products and experience.

  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer support / telesales / call center / ecommerce support. Freshers with good communication are
