Job Summary:

Suwasthi Intense Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for driven and self-motivated Sales Executives with a background in Ayurvedic product or insurance sales. The role demands average communication skills and a result-oriented mindset for meeting sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Ayurvedic healthcare products or services.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Handle customer queries and follow up for repeat sales.
  • Report to the Sales Manager/Team Leader on daily performance.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, on-ground activations, or market visits as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Ayurvedic product sales or Insurance sales.
  • Basic communication skills (Hindi/English).
  • Target-driven and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Candidates from Ayurvedic companies or healthcare insurance backgrounds will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 18,000 – 30,000/month (CTC, depending on experience)
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (with roster-based week off)
  • Meal Facility: 1-time meal provided after 4 months of continuous employment
  • Target-Based Incentives may apply
