Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator with at least 0- 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Windows-based systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, including software and hardware installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Role & responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems across desktops and servers.
  • Perform software installations, updates, and patch management.
  • Handle hardware setup and installation, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related queries.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist in implementing security measures and backup solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to support infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
  • Experience with software installation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of hardware components and installation procedures.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
