Role: Warehouse Operations Manager

Salary: Competitive (commensurate with experience)

Work Week: 6 daysTimings: Day shift only

Location: Bangalore (Kalkere)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily local delivery routes and manage return orders
  • Oversee warehouse operations and fleet logistics in Bangalore
  • Coordinate packing and shipping for outstation deliveries
  • Manage labour teams and vendors to ensure seamless day-to-day execution

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–8 years of experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or delivery services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate ground teams
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Engineering background preferred
  • Good communication skills in English; Kannada and Hindi are a plus
