Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team at Unico Restaurant, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, strong customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences through innovative beverages and friendly interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
  • Interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner to enhance their overall dining experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock bar supplies, and ensure proper storage of spirits and mixers.
  • Handle POS billing, cash transactions, and record sales accurately.
  • Recommend and upsell beverages to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Follow all responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and legal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth order flow.
  • Assist in new drink menu development and special event preparations.
  • Report breakages, wastage, or discrepancies to the Restaurant Manager.

  • Positive attitude, grooming standards, and customer-first approach.
