Senior Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Lead bar operations during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Mentor and support junior bartenders and barbacks.
• Contribute to menu development, seasonal cocktails, and innovative drink concepts.
• Manage stock levels, perform ordering, and oversee inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
• Handle cash, payments, and till operations with accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven bartending experience, with some time in a senior or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
