The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

  • Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day production activities.
  • Develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure production targets (output, quality, cost, and delivery) are achieved.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Maintain safe working practices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Control inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, and HR departments.
  • Optimize manpower utilization and reduce downtime.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Train, guide, and supervise the production team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
