This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-energy QSR environment, capable of driving teams, optimizing processes, and upholding The Croffle Guys' brand standards across every location.The Operations Manager will act as the bridge between strategy and store execution, ensuring that every outlet operates at maximum efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Core ResponsibilitiesOperational ExcellenceEnsure all outlets operate in line with company SOPs covering service, hygiene, and kitchen protocols.Conduct daily store visits to monitor service quality, speed, product consistency, and staff discipline.Achieve operational targets including order accuracy, speed of service, and daily sales goals.Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback and corrective action plans.Maintain high visibility in-store during peak hours.Quality, Food Safety & HygieneGuarantee product consistency across all stores and central kitchen by enforcing recipe adherence and standardized prep procedures.Conduct regular food safety and hygiene audits aligned with FSSAI and internal standards.Work with the Head Chef to ensure batch production quality, freshness, and shelf-life compliance.Maintain zero tolerance for hygiene violations; ensure staff follow personal hygiene protocols.People Management & TrainingRecruit, train, and mentor outlet managers, shift leads, and staff.Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and customer-first attitude.Conduct weekly training sessions for team development (service, upselling, hygiene, etc.).Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.Ensure uniform compliance and professional grooming standards.Customer Experience & Brand StandardsEnsure each outlet delivers a consistent, welcoming, and memorable experience.Monitor NPS, Google ratings, and customer feedback weekly.Address and resolve escalated complaints promptly within 24 hours.Conduct mystery audits and implement feedback-based improvements.Inventory, Cost, and Financial ControlCoordinate with the Inventory Controller and Head Chef for daily indents, vendor coordination, and purchase approvals.Track raw material variance (
