Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing, leading, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction within the FMCG/beverages sector. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive business growth and maintain profitable relationships with clients and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and product displays at retail and wholesale points.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales staff.
  • Manage customer accounts, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit control procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG/beverages sector within GCC.
  • Valid GCC driving license.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
