We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor cum Trainer to join our team at Kings Cornerstone International College. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate food and beverage staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in food and beverage services.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
