Position Overview

We are seeking a
qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisor
to oversee and coordinate our electrical, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), and earthing system projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and provide technical guidance to the on-site team.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Handle
    electrical, ELV, and earthing projects
    from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate
    with contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and review
    electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
  • Provide
    technical supervision and guidance
    to junior engineers and electricians.
  • Ensure
    compliance with safety standards
    , quality benchmarks, and client requirements.
  • Maintain proper
    documentation
    and reporting for ongoing projects.
  • Be
    flexible to work at project sites outside NCR
    , as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in
    Electrical Engineering
    or a related field.
  • 2–5 years
    of experience in supervising electrical or ELV projects.
  • Strong understanding of
    electrical systems, wiring, earthing, and safety regulations
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    or other electrical drawing tools is preferred.
  • Excellent
    leadership, communication, and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
