Project Management Officer

About the Role
We are looking for an organized and dynamic Project Management Officer (PMO) to oversee multi-project execution across clients, vendors, and internal teams. The PMO will ensure timely delivery, manage reporting, and facilitate smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track ongoing projects across multiple customers, vendors, and development teams.
- Manage and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Maintain MIS dashboards and progress trackers for leadership review.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with internal teams and clients.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support documentation, SOPs, and compliance with project processes.
- Facilitate communication between business heads, developers, and external partners.
- Track resource allocation, milestones, and client satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or operations management.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (MIS, trackers, dashboards).
- Excellent business communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar) preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
