We are looking for a dynamic Junior Program Manager who can multitask, coordinate seamlessly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing school programs, workshops, and educational trips.
  • Coordinate with schools, vendors, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage event logistics including timelines, schedules, student lists, and resources.
  • Support senior program managers in end-to-end program execution.
  • Handle documentation, reports, and communication for various projects.
  • Troubleshoot on-ground challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure high-quality student and school experience during programs.
  • Multi-task across multiple programs with tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    , preferably in
    events, education, or operations
    .
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setup.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • A
