US Recruiter (H1B)/ Sr.US Recruiter (H1B)



Job Description:


 Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Technical Recruiter, Recruiting full time technical resources, H1 transfer candidates for various client requirements.
 Able to hit the ground running in filling positions in a very short time frame.
 Candidate must be able to recruit for multiple requirements in Information Technology
 Must be aware of all the Tax terms involved in contracting business
 Must have working experience with an Application Tracking System.
 Recruiter will work with the latest and best technical recruiting tools to enable you to achieve success.
 Fill out a daily /weekly recruiter report documenting activity and candidate pipeline
 Work with Managers to qualify requisitions and understand the skillsets sought
 Attend daily office and weekly req prioritization meetings
 Strong communication skills.



Experience Range:

3 - 6 years



Educational Qualifications:



Any graduation



Job Responsibilities:



• Sourcing Qualified Candidates for H1b transfer with MRCC from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.

• Screen and Interview all potential Candidates

• Negotiating with candidates to get the candidates at best possible rates

• Follow the company process at every stage of recruitment process

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

• Following up on the interview process status

• Regularly interact with the candidates till they are placed by Bench Sales Team and keep them updated on the submissions
