Salary Per month

1. Financial Audits

  • Regularly check if the cash on hand matches what's shown in the system.
  • Make sure balances are correct and everything adds up.

2. Compliance Checks

  • Ensure all processes follow internal rules, company policies, and standard procedures.

3. Risk Assessment

  • Look for areas where money, inventory, or resources could be lost, wasted, or misused.
  • Suggest ways to reduce these risks.

4. Reporting

  • Create clear reports showing what was found in the audit.
  • Share suggestions and issues with management.

5. Improving Processes

  • Study how things are currently done.
  • Recommend changes to make things safer, faster, and more cost-effective.

6. Data Analysis

  • Use data to spot unusual trends or errors in finance and operations.
  • Investigate any issues found.

7. Working with Others

  • Work closely with different departments like Public Health, hospitals, finance, and operations.
  • Share findings and help fix problems.

8. Training & Mentoring

  • Teach and guide staff at Primary Eye Care canters.
  • Share best practices and help them improve.

Special Focus for Optical Industry

- Inventory

  • Check if inventory records are correct and processes are followed.

- Cash Accounting

  • Make sure cash collected matches system records and is properly deposited in banks.

- Sales & Revenue

  • Ensure that sales data is correct and income is reported accurately.

- Supply Chain

  • Check how well and quickly orders are delivered from Secondary Centres to Vision Canters (VCs).

- IT Systems

  • Review the systems used to protect data and ensure everything is secure and compliant.

Skills & Qualifications

· B.com Graduate degree (minimum requirement).

· Strong attention to detail, especially in inventory and process auditing.

· Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel(V-lookup, H-lookup, pivot table, conditional formatting-MS word

· Tally and professional email communication in English.

· Candidate should be flexible go for 20 days in a month for audit purpose(Mohammadi, vrindawan,meerut,alwar,Saharanpur,modi nagar
