Relevant Experience: 5+ Years

Primary Skills:

  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Workato
  • Ability to build and manage complex workflows, recipes, and connectors within Workato

Secondary Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and issue resolution
  • Good understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL
  • Technical proficiency with tools like POSTMAN for API testing and integration validation

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable integration solutions using Workato across various enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, and automation workflows.
  • Perform integration testing using tools like POSTMAN and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations.
  • Document integration processes, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Work in a rotational shift model to provide 24/7 support for integration-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards during integration development
