Job Description

Technical Delivery: Design, develop, test, and implement robust integration solutions on the Workato iPaaS platform, adhering to the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. Migration Execution: Actively participate in the technical analysis and execution of migrating existing interfaces from TIBCO/Java Microservices to WORKATO, ensuring a smooth and reliable transition. Best Practices & Quality: Contribute to team best practices by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the platform. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in integration workflows, from development through to production environments. Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Leads, architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for all developed solutions, including data mappings, API specifications, and support guides.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on development experience in at least one of the following core areas, with a broad understanding of the others: Middleware Service bus or iPaaS platform: Primary: Strong experience with WORKATO . Good to Have: TIBCO, MuleSoft, or a similar enterprise-grade platform. API Platform: Experience developing for API management solutions like Apigee , Kong, or AWS API Gateway. Streaming or Event-driven platform: Solid understanding and working knowledge of Kafka or an equivalent event-driven platform. File Transfer Solution: Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) protocols and solutions. Cloud Platforms: Working experience with a major cloud provider (Azure , AWS, GCP).
