We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a background in BPO operations and a strong communication skill.

  • Perform data entry, processing, and updating of records within computer systems.
  • Handle large volumes of data in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring error-free operations.
  • Maintain logs of system activities, data processing tasks, and incidents in a detailed manner.
  • Update SOPs and procedures based on system or operational changes.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar computer operator role, especially in a BPO environment.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills for troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
