Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior T24 Business Analyst (Arrangement Architecture) based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role involves analyzing business processes and requirements, designing and configuring T24 system solutions, conducting gap analysis, and ensuring successful implementation of the T24 Arrangement Architecture. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data and identify solutions
  • Expertise in Business Analysis and Business Process modeling
  • Ability to define and document Business Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of T24 banking solutions and Arrangement Architecture
  • Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of in-office and remote collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly advantageous
