Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our textile manufacturing unit in Noida (Sector 80). The ideal candidate will handle the company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support management in budgeting, cost control, and compliance. Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Handle daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Assist in inventory valuation, costing, and stock reconciliation specific to textile manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Prepare MIS reports and support management in financial planning and analysis.
  • Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursement entries.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Com / M.Com degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 6–7 years of accounting experience (preferably in textile or manufacturing sector).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and basic MS Office tools.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax rules.
  • Experience with inventory and cost accounting in a production environment.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and team coordination abilities.
