Role & responsibilities

  • Administering the payroll process, including salary calculation, deductions, and timely payment disbursement
  • Verify employee data and process changes related to new hires, terminations, and promotions within the payroll system
  • Help new joiners in account opening. Coordinate bank account verification with vendors and bank representatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data within the system.
  • Manage end to end exit process like keeping track of resignation, absconding, clearance, F&F, recovery etc.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax reports, filings, and other related documents on schedule
  • Address and resolve employee payroll, attendance, leave, holidays-related queries, discrepancies, and issues promptly.
  • Assist in internal and external payroll audits and general ledger reconciliations
  • Handle SSP portal for article and CA ragistration

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in B. Com / MBA -HR
  • Hands-on experience with Payroll Tools/system & HRMS system and spreadsheet applications
  • Knowledge of statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of payroll components and structure
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent with reports, MIS, data analysis and dashboards
