Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Noida / NCR

Experience: 4–7 years

Industry Preference: Home Décor / Building Materials / Interior Design / SaaS / Architecture Tech

Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA (including variables)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients across home décor categories (furniture, wallpapers, laminates, tiles, carpets, etc.).
  • Develop and manage B2B relationships with manufacturers, exporters, and retailers.
  • Drive sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to client for funnel creation.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine GTM strategies.
  • Track client feedback and market insights to support product enhancement.
  • Manage client renewals, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent company product & services at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in home décor, interiors, or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of digital visualization, AR/ AI tech, or design platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage sales cycles and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online demo platforms.
