Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Support Executive to provide guidance, assistance, and support to students in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to motivate and guide students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic guidance and support to students regarding course selection, curriculum planning, and career pathways.
  • Assist students in setting achievable academic goals and monitor their progress.
  • Address student queries and provide solutions related to academic challenges.
  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and group workshops.
  • Maintain accurate student records and track academic performance.
  • Liaise with faculty and management to ensure smooth student experience.
  • Provide timely feedback to students and suggest improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide students effectively.
  • Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with academic planning tools and student management systems is a plus.
