Key Responsibilities

Legal Documentation & Compliance:

  • Draft, review, and finalize comprehensive trust deeds, estate planning documents, and succession-related legal instruments
  • Prepare amendments to existing trust structures and related legal documentation
  • Ensure all legal documents comply with current Succession Law and estate planning regulations
  • Handle complex registrations with relevant statutory authorities and regulatory bodies

Client Advisory & Consultation:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements through strategic on-site consultations
  • Design and recommend optimal legal structures for private family trusts and estate planning
  • Provide expert guidance on civil matters pertaining to family wealth preservation and succession
  • Deliver customized legal solutions aligned with clients' long-term financial and succession objectives

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work seamlessly with our team of Chartered Accountants to ensure integrated tax and legal planning
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for comprehensive service delivery
  • Participate in multidisciplinary client presentations and strategy sessions

Legal Expertise:

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience in Succession Law and estate planning matters
  • Strong foundation in civil law as it relates to private family trusts and wealth structures
  • Proven track record in drafting complex trust deeds, wills, and succession documents
  • Experience with trust registrations and regulatory compliance procedures

Professional Skills:
