Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Executive, located in Chennai. The Sales and Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, presenting and promoting the company's solutions, and preparing reports on sales performance. The role also involves developing strategies to enhance sales performance, negotiating contracts with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of current and next-generation technology solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
