Job Summary:

The Senior Architect will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that meet client requirements. The role involves managing design teams, coordinating with project, engineering, and site execution teams, and maintaining design quality and timelines for all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development process, from conceptualization to final drawings and execution support.
  • Manage a team of junior architects, interior designers, and 3D visualizers.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and design expectations.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site issues.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables with precision.
  • Guide design documentation, BOQs, and material selections.
  • Stay updated with market trends, materials, and design innovations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Sound technical knowledge of construction detailing and materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with COA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience in architectural design, interior fit-outs, or construction projects.
  • Experience handling high-end residential, commercial, or institutional projects is an added advantage.
