Our factory is based at Kubadthal Village, Ahmedabad and corporate office is on S. G. Highway, Near Rajpath Club, Ahmedabad. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sr. Engineer - Quality, who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high end quality standard of the products. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.Develop and implement quality control procedures and test plans.Perform root cause analysis and resolve quality issues.Collaborate with production and engineering department to improve processes and products.Maintain documentation and prepare reports on quality metrics and audit findings.Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).Use statistical tools and software (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma, Minitab) to monitor quality trends.Handling Third Party Inspection Agency / Client / IBR Inspection at works RequirementsExperience in a quality control orquality assurance role in Valve and / or Fabrication IndustryStrong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.Experience with quality management systems (QMS)and documentationProficiency in quality testing tools and techniques.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry standards (e.g. IBR, API, ISO, ASTM, etc.).Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Problem -solving and decision -making abilities.
