Fives Combustion System India. is actively seeking a Sr. Engineer – Marketing to join its teams in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Fives Combustion System (FCS), Baroda is part of Fives Pillard (Fives Group) engaged in Designing, Engineering, Manufacturing and commissioning of various types of Burner equipment and combustion Systems, involving almost all types of fuels.

FCS equipment provide optimum performance meeting all the needs in the field of Co- generation and Combined Cycle Plants, Incineration, Pyro-processing, Utility and Industrial Boilers, refinery and Petrochemicals Industries, Fertiliser and Agrochemical Industries as well as other Process Industries.

FCS have also established a Test Facility at their works at Padra - Jambusar Highway, Dabhasa, Baroda, Gujarat.

We are currently seeking an Sr. Engineer – Marketing, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it

Well-connected in the Energy Industries with good knowledge of Energy related product like Burner for Boilers, Incinerators, Combustion Systems, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Fired Heaters, Air Pre Heating systems, Hot Gas Generators, Furnaces for Power/ Fertilizer/ Petrochemicals/ Chemicals/ Boiler OEMS etc and willing to travel within India. In addition to above, the following skills are mandatory for the candidates.

Brief Job Profile:

• Primarily shall have exposure in dealing with End Users in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Thermal Power, Metals, Chemical and Other process industries, as well as Engineering Consultants in the above domain.
• Familiar with commercial Terms & conditions.
• Negotiation skills, cost estimation & exposure to CRM shall be an added advantage.
• Preparation of MIS report, market Intelligence report, competitor analysis etc
• Willingness to travel extensively is a must. We expect this position to be with the customers for more than 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and an MBA qualification would be an advantage
• Develop relations with End Users and Engineering Consultants, give product presentation and generate new business leads
• Attend Technical meetings meeting based on proposal mode by application/ proposal engineers
• Approval with major Engineering Consultants & End users
• Proposal follow up, marketing intelligence gathering and closure of Orders.
• Review commercial Terms & Condition of the tender & ensure compliance with group Directives
• Review of order with finally agreed terms / scope etc, and acknowledge to client with comments, if any.
• Evaluating & optimizing marketing and price strategies
• Interdepartmental coordination within the company.
• Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts
• Preparing & presenting MIS report to senior management
• Maintaining CRM report
• Overseeing branding, advertising and Product Promotion activities like Customer visits, Presentations, organising & participating Industrial Exhibition/Seminars etc.

Skill, Experience & Preferences:

•B.Tech / BE – Mechanical or Chmical

•Minimum of 3-7years' experience in Front & Marketing Expertise for energy Equipments.

•Results oriented individual with robust technical abilities and ready to travel pan India.

•Ability to work well with others and lead by example

•Proficient in MS Office Applications

•Good communication skills with clients and cross functional team members.
