  • Experience in using OOTB and custom connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Power Platform COE Kit.
  • Manage the complete deployment process for solutions & promoted through the environments
  • Support the maintenance of Power Platform environments
  • Expertise within Power Platform to solve complex problems in teams
  • Ability to handle tickets raised by employees, monitor their status, and ensure their closure using ticket management tools such as service now, HPSC.
  • The knowledge of managing, operation, maintenance, versioning, and upgrading of an application throughout its lifecycle.
  • Experienced in administrative features such as managing users, workspaces, and data sources, setting up security policies, and monitoring usage and performance.
  • Troubleshoot the issues on data connectivity, gateway, DAX queries
  • Categorize Incidents and act according to defined SLA based on incident Impact.
