Manager – Analytics (Liabilities / Business Insights)

Role ObjectiveSupport the SA Portfolio & Channel Engagement team by building dashboards, generating insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across cohorts to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics & Dashboards- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, automated MIS, and performance reports.
- Develop cohort-level insights (AMB, RV, PH, digital usage, attrition, customer behaviour).
- Build data models and visualizations to track portfolio trends and channel performance.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Use Python for automation, data processing, segmentation, and analytical modelling.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all reporting outputs.
- Provide analytics support to the SA Portfolio / Channel Engagement lead for driving business strategies.
- Deliver actionable insights for AMB uplift, digital adoption, inactive-to-active conversion, and customer deepening.
- Help prepare business decks, review packs, and analytical summaries for senior management.
- Work closely with product, operations, technology, marketing, and frontline teams to support portfolio initiatives.
- Provide required dashboards and insights to SKY channel and other sales channels.
- Enhance analytics frameworks, automate recurring reports, and build reusable templates.
- Identify gaps in existing reporting and propose improvements for better decision-making.
- 2–5 years in business analytics / BI / data insights, preferably in BFSI.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, and Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
- Ability to convert data into meaningful business stories.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
