Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Master Data Management

In this role, you will be responsible to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.

Responsibilities

• Making updates to our Master Data application.
• Ensure that controls are in place and followed.
• Adhere to strict turnarounds and timeframes.
• Monitor and report any failures through updates to onshore staff.
• Ensure open communication with onshore around any delay in making changes.
• Assist with documenting updated processes where required.
• Make respective changes as agreed in both UAT and production.
• Internal communication only

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree
• Great at communication, collaboration (verbal and written)

Preferred qualifications/Skills

• Good customer handling skills
• Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to define & solve problems, Collect Data, Establish facts
• High Energy Level
• Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
