Clinic Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Aesthetica360 is looking for a professional and welcoming Clinic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone visiting our multi-specialty clinic.

Core Responsibilities

  • Patient Handling: Warmly greet and check-in/check-out patients; manage and maintain accurate patient records with strict confidentiality.
  • Scheduling: Efficiently manage all appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations for all clinic specialists.
  • Communication: Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and patient inquiries (in-person, phone, email) professionally.
  • Administration: Manage billing, process payments, and ensure the reception area is always organized and presentable.

Required Profile

  • Proven experience in a front desk or reception role (clinic, hospital, or hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a patient-centric attitude.
