Role & responsibilities -
Position: Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Experience Required: 15 years (Must have strong experience in end-to-end Non-IT hiring)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across various industries (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Admin, Finance, HR, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.).
- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Job Portals, Database, Referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements, communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to provide an excellent recruitment experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter in an agency or corporate setting.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other hiring tools.
- Strong ability to screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good understanding of job descriptions, talent sourcing strategies, and market trends.
