Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Home Installer to join our Mahindra dealership team. The role involves delivering vehicles to customers' homes, explaining vehicle features, and ensuring smooth installation of accessories or connected devices. The candidate will represent the dealership's quality and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver new Mahindra vehicles to customers' homes or offices.
  • Explain key features, operation, and maintenance tips during handover.
  • Install dealer-fitted accessories (seat covers, sensors, camera, etc.).
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper presentation during delivery.
  • Collect customer feedback and report delivery experience.
  • Maintain records of delivery documents and customer details.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, and PDI teams for smooth workflow.
  • Uphold dealership standards of professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience: 1–3 years preferred in automobile or service industry.
  • Valid LMV driving license (mandatory).
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and accessories.
  • Good communication & customer-handling skills.
  • Neat, disciplined, and punctual personality.
